30 or more days before departure

• Receive a refund of 75% of the ticket purchase price.
• A 25% cancellation fee will be retained.

Less than 30 days before departure

• No refunds.

Guests who purchase the Flexible Cancellation Option may request a refund under the Flexible Cancellation Terms & Conditions.

No Refund Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

• No-shows
• Late arrivals
• Missed departures
• Failure to provide valid ID
• Failure to meet age requirements
• Intoxication-related removals
• Harassment or disruptive behavior
• Drug policy violations
• Failure to follow captain or crew instructions

Event Cancellation by Keener Adventures

If Keener Adventures LLC cancels the event due to weather, safety concerns, vessel issues, or operational reasons, guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their reservation to another available event.
