Flexible Cancellation Option Terms & Conditions

The Flexible Cancellation Option ("Option") is an optional add-on available at the time of booking for select Keener Adventures LLC experiences. The Option provides eligible guests with the ability to request a refund of their ticket purchase price under certain circumstances. The Option is not insurance, is not a warranty product, and does not guarantee a refund.

1. Purchase Requirements

• The Flexible Cancellation Option must be purchased at the time of booking.
• The Option cannot be added after checkout is completed.
• The Option applies only to the ticket holder for whom it was purchased.
• The Option fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Eligibility

Guests who purchase the Flexible Cancellation Option may submit a cancellation request when an unexpected circumstance prevents attendance.

Qualifying circumstances may include:

• Illness or injury
• Family emergency
• Work schedule conflict
• Travel delays or cancellations
• Jury duty
• Military activation
• Other unforeseen circumstances determined eligible by Keener Adventures LLC

All requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.

3. Exclusions

The Flexible Cancellation Option does not apply to:

• No-shows
• Late arrivals
• Missed departures
• Failure to provide valid identification
• Failure to meet age requirements
• Voluntary decisions not to attend
• Loss of interest in the event
• Weather conditions that do not result in event cancellation
• Violations of event policies
• Removal due to misconduct
• Removal due to intoxication
• Removal due to harassment or disruptive behavior
• Removal due to possession of illegal drugs or prohibited substances
• Any circumstance occurring after the event has departed

4. Claim Submission Process

To request a refund under this Option, guests must:

1. Submit a request before the scheduled departure time.
2. Contact Keener Adventures LLC using the designated support email address.
3. Provide:

• Full name
• Reservation number
• Event name
• Event date
• Reason for cancellation

Keener Adventures LLC may request additional documentation when reasonably necessary to evaluate a request.

5. Refund Terms

Approved claims may receive:

• A refund of the ticket purchase price paid for the protected ticket.

The following are not refundable:

• Flexible Cancellation Option fees
• Ticketing platform service fees
• Payment processing fees
• Taxes, if non-refundable under applicable law
• Optional add-ons unless otherwise approved

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Abuse Prevention

Keener Adventures LLC reserves the right to deny any request that:

• Contains false information
• Contains misleading information
• Lacks requested documentation
• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Appears fraudulent or abusive

Submission of fraudulent information may result in denial of refunds and future booking restrictions.

7. Event Cancellation

If Keener Adventures LLC cancels an event due to weather, vessel issues, safety concerns, operational requirements, or other circumstances, refunds shall be governed by the event's standard cancellation policy, not the Flexible Cancellation Option.

8. Not Insurance

The Flexible Cancellation Option:

• Is not insurance.
• Is not regulated as an insurance product.
• Does not provide insurance benefits.
• Does not guarantee a refund.
• Is an optional enhancement to Keener Adventures LLC's cancellation policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Keener Adventures LLC's maximum liability under this Option shall not exceed the original ticket purchase price paid for the protected ticket.

10. Modifications

Keener Adventures LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Option at any time. Changes shall not affect purchases already completed prior to the effective date of modification.

11. Acceptance

By purchasing the Flexible Cancellation Option, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and understand that approval of refund requests is subject to review by Keener Adventures LLC.
