Reservation Agreement

All reservations made through this website constitute a legally binding agreement between the guest and Keener Adventures LLC. Completion of a reservation signifies acceptance of all applicable policies, requirements, waivers, and conditions associated with the selected activity.

Reservation Confirmation

Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment or any required deposit has been successfully received and processed. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is issued.

Deposits & Payments

• Some activities may require a deposit at the time of booking.
• Any required deposit is applied toward the total reservation cost.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific activity.
• Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided during booking.
• Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility may vary depending on the activity booked. Guests are responsible for reviewing the specific cancellation terms displayed during checkout and in their confirmation documents.

• Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation policy applicable to the selected activity.
• Non-refundable deposits remain non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• Certain promotional, discounted, or special-event tickets may have additional restrictions.

No Refunds for Missed Activities

Guests who arrive late, miss a departure, fail to check in on time, or otherwise do not participate in a scheduled activity may not be eligible for refunds, credits, rain checks, or rescheduling opportunities.

Guest Requirements

• Participants must comply with all activity rules, safety instructions, and crew directions.
• Age restrictions may apply to certain activities.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all participation requirements before booking.
• Unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from an activity without refund.

Safety & Risk Acknowledgment

Participation in outdoor, water-based, and adventure activities involves inherent risks. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks and agree to follow all safety requirements established by Keener Adventures and applicable authorities.

Weather & Operational Changes

Activities may be modified, delayed, rescheduled, or canceled when necessary for safety, operational, environmental, or regulatory reasons. Any available options will be communicated according to the policy applicable to the specific activity.

Discounts & Promotional Rates

Discounted or promotional reservations are subject to the specific conditions associated with the offer. Failure to meet discount eligibility requirements may result in adjustment of pricing or cancellation of the reservation.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Guests agree to contact Keener Adventures directly regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Reservations remain subject to the terms accepted during booking.

Photography & Media

Activities may be photographed or recorded for promotional, training, operational, or marketing purposes. Participation may constitute consent as described in the Activity Terms and Conditions.

Non-Discrimination & Respect Policy

Keener Adventures is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all guests. Discrimination, harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward guests or staff will not be tolerated.
